In our new StayFit Chicago series, we’ll direct you to great, easy ways to get or stay healthy. This week is perfect for incorporating a very healthy routine to your day: biking. Bike Chicago takes place every June and includes activities spanning the week promoting biking to work. Check out the rest of the week:

  • Spinning Alfresco, Cloud Gate, 6:30 & 7:30 a.m.

Start your day off right with a free spin class outdoors. Limited to 20 participants.

  • Streets for Cycling Lecture, Chicago Cultural Center, Claudia Cassidy Theater, Noon
