Can’t make it tomorrow? Try your hand at the main course at home. Here’s the recipe for the grilled skirt steak:
Steak Marinade Recipe
- Olive oil (enough to cover)
- Spanish paprika
- Orange zest and juice (one orange per pound)
- Marinate for no less than two hours, but no longer than 12 hours
Roasted Tomato Recipe
- Seasons best tomatoes
- Cut into quarters
- Sprinkle with olive oil, lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to preferred taste
- Roast in 300 degree oven for 30 minutes
Beet Greens
- Wash well
- Toss with olive oil and lemon juice
- Add salt and pepper as preferred
