This week’s Thirsty Thursday selection is a very special red wine from Spain. Artadi Vinas de Gain offers flavors of red fruits and berries, highlighted with notes of oak aging. This unique, ruby-colored wine pairs perfectly with our Grilled Octopus, served with tapenade, capers and grilled sweet peppers – available on our new Spring menu at Stetsons Modern Steak + Sushi.

We’re gearing up for Baconfest! Join us as we celebrate bacon for the entire month of April, starting with the “Rise & Shine,” a bacon-inspired specialty cocktail available this April at Stetsons Modern Steak + Sushi. The “Rise & Shine” is fantastic at any time – day or night. It’s even excellent served as a morning cocktail – but since we’re not open during breakfast hours, we thought we’d share our secret recipe so you can try our delicious creation at home!
