They’re the first people you meet when you walk in. Our Front Office Agents are your first impression of Hyatt Regency Chicago. Before you even step foot in the hotel, we’d like to introduce some of our finest.
Caitlin is a new member of the team, but knows that shopping is the best activity for first timers. She might also direct them to The Bean.
Caitlin loves the fall but appreciates St. Patrick’s Day in Chicago and the beautiful shade of green that the river turns.
Caitlin lives in the South Loop, but enjoys dining at Gold Coast’s Volare Italian restaurant.
