F&B Employee of the Week
Eduardo ‘Lalo’ Jimenez has been a member of Hyatt Regency Chicago’s Food and Beverage team since October of 2005. During this time, he has worked in stewarding as a banquet steward and was recently promoted to Stewarding Supervisor. His hard work, dedication and contributions have not gone unnoticed by his peers.

Lalo’s favorite part of his job is meeting new people and expanding his food and beverage knowledge. A perfect day for him is spending it with his family. We would like to thank him for all his hard work each and every day!

Lalo, first of all, congratulations on the birth of your new baby boy! Lalo is an amazing example of what a hard working individual is all about. He has worked himself up to an assistant manager from a banquet steward. He is professional, dedicated, and a pleasure to work with. I enjoyed when he worked with me in Stewarding and really appreciate all of his efforts in our division!! Thank you Lalo!!

Lalo, congratulations on the birth of your new baby boy. Lalo is truly an amazing co-worker and a great success story. He has worked his way up to an assistant manager and is a model of hard work and professionalism. I have had the pleasure or working with Lalo in Stewarding and continue to enjoy his contributions to our division. He is a soft-spoken yet impactful player on out team and we are extremely proud of him. Thank you Lalo for all you do!!!
