F&B Manager of the Week: Jimmy Mazzeffi
Please help me in congratulating Jimmy Mazzeffi as our manager of the week. Jimmy’s hard work and dedication to the Stewarding Department can be seen on a daily basis. Jimmy starts his day here at the hotel before the sun comes up and leaves usually late into the evening. Here are a few comments from some of his fellow managers that have worked with Jimmy:
“I have had the opportunity to work with Jimmy in the past when he was Assistant Executive Steward and it was a pleasure to work for him because he was always taking care of his employees.
