F&B Manager of the Week: Marcedalia Garcia
Marcedalia Garcia began her Hyatt Regency Chicago career as a line cook in 2002. During her almost decade long tenure, she has contributed in several roles throughout the division, including Corporate Management Trainee, J’s Assistant F&B Manager and The BAR At 151 Assistant F & B Manager.
Marcy has really taken ownership of The BAR At 151. She strives to make it the best that it can be. We are happy to have Marcy on our team because of her commitment and dedication.
