And their efforts don’t go unnoticed. Recognition has come in the form of four prestigious awards thus far this year. The winners of each of these awards are selected by readers of the publications, based upon their own real-life meeting experiences. Here are the accolades:
2011 Pinnacle Award – Successful Meetings Magazine
The 2011 Pinnacle Awards are the mark of excellence for meeting destinations. The awarded organizations have done an outstanding job servicing their meetings, incentive travel programs, trade shows and conventions during the previous year. This award has earned a reputation as the most credible and prestigious symbol of excellence among meeting planners and hoteliers alike.
2011 Paragon Award – Corporate Meetings & Incentives Magazine
The Paragon Award takes into account food and beverage service, guest room quality, meeting rooms, catering and convention services and audiovisual/technical support.
2011 Best of MidAmerica Award – Meetings Focus MidAmerica Magazine
The “Best Of” meeting facilities awards are voted on by meeting professionals and subscribers to all Meetings Focus magazines, including Meetings Focus West, Meetings Focus South, Meetings Focus East and Meetings Focus MidAmerica.
2011 Medical Meetings Merit & Distinction Award – Medical Meetings Magazine
This award recognizes merit and distinction in serving the needs of medical meeting planners. It’s based on the quality of guest rooms, meeting rooms, catering and convention services and audio visual/technical support.
