Stetson’s Chop House Evan Williams Single Barrel Bourbon Whiskey
The inexperienced need not apply. Stetson’s Chop House is serious about steak, wine and now, bourbon. This summer they’re rolling out their very own barrel of Evan Williams Single Barrel Bourbon Whiskey. Here are some of the cocktails they’ll be featuring:

Ingredients
- 2 oz. Evan Williams 10 year Single Barrel Bourbon
- ¾ oz. Campari
- ½ oz. of Lemon Juice
- Dash of Bitters
Directions
Serve over large ice cube with a twist.
Rebel Yell

Ingredients
- 2 oz Evan Williams 10 year Single Barrel Bourbon
- ½ oz . Triple Sec
- 1 oz. Lemon Juice
- 1 Egg White
Directions
Shaken and served over large cube of ice with an orange slice.
Evan Julep

Glassware: Rocks
Ingredients
- 2.25 oz. Evan Williams 10 year Single Barrel Bourbon
- 0.5 oz. Simple Syrup
- 2 Mint Leaves
- Dash of Nutmeg
- Crushed Ice
- Garnish: Mint Sprig
Directions
Start with simple syrup in bottom of glass. Pack glass with crushed ice. Place two sprigs of fresh mint against the inside of the glass. Fill with Bourbon. Top with dash of nutmeg. Garnish and serve.
