Stetson’s Chop House Cellar Selection: The Four Graces Winery Pinot Noir

The Four Graces WineryNestled in the Red Hills of Dundee in Oregon’s Willamette Valley, the acres and acres of land produce five varieties of pinot noir and a pinot gris and pinot blanc.

Steve and Paula Black named their young Dundee, Oregon wine operation after their four blond-haired daughters.  They also practice sustainable biodynamic farming, which is a spiritual-ethical-ecological approach to agriculture, food production and nutrition.

The 2010 vintage is reminiscent of strawberries, plums, violets and cherries. The Willamette Valley Pinot Noir is vibrant and delicious in its youth, yet has the soft, focused tannins to suggest ageing with grace, just like the name.

Enjoy a bottle of this 2010 pinot noir for $75 at Stetson’s Chop House. Click here to make your reservation.
